Commercial and Betting Terms and Conditions as amended on the 22nd of February 2011

    1. INTRODUCTION
      1. These Commercial and Betting Terms and Conditions shall be valid for all betting games offered by GoldBet Sportwetten GmbH. On opening a betting account you agree to be bound by:
        • The Commercial and Betting Terms and Conditions listed in this page
        • The Privacy Policy
        • The rules for all bet typologies available on the GoldBet website (The Sport Betting Rules)
        • Any terms and conditions and/or rules concerning bonuses, promotions and special offers which may be advertised in any part of our website
        • Any further terms and conditions contained in any of the software which you may download in order to be able to use the services we provide
      2. All the terms and conditions listed in the paragraph 1.1 shall together be referred to as “the Terms of Use”. Whenever the Customer opens an account and uses such an account to place a bet or to participate in any of the promotions offered, he agrees to be bound by the Terms of Use, including any amendment which may periodically take place.
      3. Any exception to the existing Terms of Use will be communicated in written form to the Customer. Any verbal statement made by GoldBet employees or affiliates will not be considered in case of a dispute.
      4. In order to access the betting account, the user ID and password chosen by the User while opening the account is needed. The Client is responsible for the secrecy of his/her own account username and password. Bets and transactions carried out by third parties, aware of these details, will be considered valid.
      5. GoldBet cannot be held liable in any case for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly by the web-site or by its contents or by the contents provided by a third party, unless they are based on intentional or gross negligence.
      6. You accept that all times listed by GoldBet are understood to be in the time zone "GMT+1" unless otherwise stated.
      7. In the event of any difference due to translation or interpretation, the English version of the Terms and Use shall prevail.
    2. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS OF USE
      1. The Terms of Use can be changed at any time by GoldBet at its own discretion. All changes will become effective on their publication on our website.
      2. In case of substantial amendments to the Terms of Use, GoldBet will give its Customers as much prior notice of such changes as it is realistically possible via internal messages delivered directly to the Customers’ Account. For minor or insubstantial amendments to the Terms of Use GoldBet may not send any preventive notification.
      3. If you consider any amend carried out to be intolerable, you may cease using and/or close your Account. The continued use of the Account after the date when the Terms of Use are meant to come into effect will correspond to a complete acceptance of the revision performed, whether or not the changes have been acknowledged.
    3. MANAGING AN ACCOUNT
      1. By opening a GoldBet account and by placing a bet, the User warrants that he/she has reached the minimum legal age for participation. In addition by opening a GoldBet account and by placing a bet, the User confirms that he or she retains the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with the Company. If one of these conditions is not respected the User's account will be closed and all other necessary measures will be implemented.
      2. Internet gambling may be illegal in some Countries and/or for citizens belonging to such Countries. The website does not constitute an offer, solicitation or invitation by GoldBet for the use of betting or other services in any Countries where such activities are deemed to be illegal. Each person should ensure that he/she would be acting legally in the Country where he/she is located while subscribing as an individual Customer of GoldBet and betting through the website.
      3. When a new account is opened the Customer is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of all the personal information and contact details provided, including name and date of birth, address, telephone number and e-mail address. GoldBet reserves the right to close the Account when the information provided is deemed to be false or inaccurate.
      4. All personal data is stored in the database of the company and will not be passed on to third parties in any form unless the Customer gives us permission to do so. GoldBet reserves the right to relay suspected offender’s saved details to sporting bodies, authorities or any other third party, which deals with the investigation of offences concerning match or price manipulation.
      5. Every Customer may only open one account with us. GoldBet reserves the right to close the betting account of any Customer who has opened multiple betting accounts under his/her name or under different names. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that multiple betting accounts (also under different names) have been opened with the intention of defrauding the company, we reserve the right to cancel any transaction related to said fraud attempt.
      6. The Customer is at liberty of closing his Account whenever he/she wishes by requesting it to the Customer Service in written form. The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the Terms of Use. In case the reason behind the closure of the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction the Customer shall indicate it.
      7. In accordance with the legal period of warranty requested by law all the personal details saved in our system will only be deleted at your express request after the expiration of the respite period of three (3) years.
      8. A closed Account may be reopened when requested by its owner and granted by the Company. In such circumstances, he/she will be subject to the Terms of Use that are in force at the date of the re-opening.
      9. GoldBet reserves the right to exclude Users from his services at its discretion. In this case we will refund the residual credit balance in the Account using the same payment method provided upon registration, or any other payment methods adopted subsequently. If the Account has been closed pursuant an infringement of the Terms of Use or a prohibited behaviour leading to collusion, Fraud or Criminal Activity, the residual credit balance may be forfeited. The same procedure will be applied to open bets that result in winnings.
    1. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS TO AND FROM THE ACCOUNT
      1. The Customer has the possibility to increase the credit balance of his Account with one of the payment methods made available by GoldBet. The Customer can similarly withdraw the residual credit balance using the same payment method provided upon registration, or any other payment method adopted subsequently.
      2. In order to perform any transaction GoldBet may undertake any such verification checks as may be required by ourselves or by third parties (including, but not limited to, regulatory bodies) to confirm the legal ownership and the origin of the money implicated, the identity of the applicant and to comply with the existing Anti Money Laundering Provisions.
      3. In order to withdraw your money, you will be requested to send the ID (front/rear) of the owner of the game account. Whenever a transaction is made through bank transfer, credit card or electronic wallet, the first withdrawal request will be processed only after a security check has been performed. In such instances you may be required to supply the following papers together with the ID of the game account owner, in order to comply with our security policies:
        • Copy of a valid ID (both sides) of the owner of the payment method used, if different from the Account owner,
        • In case of credit card transactions, a copy of both sides of each of the cards used,
        • A copy of an official document showing your billing address if it differs from the one registered in the ID,
        • Any other document that may be relevant in order to complete the check.
        Full compliance with our requests will speed up the verification process.
      4. All withdrawals from betting accounts will be subject to audit before being processed. If the audit shows that the client has violated the provisions of the Terms of Use, GoldBet may reclaim any bonuses or winnings previously attributed.
      5. The Customer agrees not to attempt any charge-backs, reversals or otherwise cancel any deposit previously made in his/her Account. Whenever any such event should occur the Customer commits to refund GoldBet for the unpaid deposits and for possible expenses resulting from the recollection of the misplaced money.
      6. GoldBet will hold the funds deposited in the Account as trustee for the Customer and not as his/her banker or debtor. Accordingly, there will be no obligation on the part of GoldBet to repay money to the Customer as his/her debtor.
      7. Funds deposited in the Account, as well as winnings or other amounts not yet credited, shall not attract any interest.
    1. LEGAL USE OF THE WEBSITE AND OF ITS COMPONENTS
      1. Under no circumstances shall the Website be used for any purpose different from personal entertainment without our express consent. GoldBet is not liable for any attempts to use the services offered by means or ways not intended by us.
      2. All Trademarks, Domains, Terms of Use, Images, as well as any other content or underlying idea that can be found within our Website are protected by copyright in their entirety. The reproduction, even partial, of one of these elements without our consent is prohibited. All the needed legal actions will be undertaken in order to ensure compliance to this policy.
      3. Any action aimed to interfere with the normal functioning of the website including, but not limited to, releasing or propagating viruses, worms or logic bombs or similar is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
      4. The repeated placement of the same bet may be considered as an attempt to elude our controls and may result in the voidance of the repeated bet(s) as well as in the closure of the game account, even after said bets have been settled.
      5. GoldBet reserves the right to restrict access to certain parts of the Website and to certain services offered, including, but not limited to Live Betting, Live Chat and Internal Messaging system.
      6. GoldBet may at any time and without previous notice, remove or amend any product offered via the Website, as well as alter available prices where such alterations do not affect bets already in progress.
      7. Under some circumstances GoldBet may provide its Customers with software designed internally or by third parties in order to optimize the functioning of the Website or to benefit from additional services. In such circumstances the Customer may be asked to accept further Terms and Conditions related to the utilization of the new component. Any attempt to interfere with, modify or reverse engineer any software provided is strictly prohibited.
      8. GoldBet is not liable for any possible IT failures caused by the electronic equipment used by the Customer while accessing the Website or for faults due to the internet service provider used by the Customer while accessing the Website.
      9. GoldBet also assumes no liability for correctness, completeness or up-to-dateness of the information services provided neither for the accuracy of livescores, statistics and intermediate results available in our website.
    1. LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE AND FROM OUR WEBSITE
      1. The Customer may link to our home page, provided he does so in a website owned by him/her, and in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. Links may not be established in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, sponsorship or endorsement on our part without our express written consent.
      2. Where our Website contains links to other websites and resources provided by our partners or other third parties, these links are provided for information only and we do not make any representations regarding the accuracy and reliability of contents available on such third party websites. We have no control over the contents of those websites and therefore accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from their utilization.
    1. PRE-GAME BETTING
      1. A bet is not valid until a transaction code has been issued by GoldBet prior to the betting event. All bets that have not been confirmed before the start of the betting event by the issuance of a code will be considered void. The printing of a bet that has not yet been confirmed by GoldBet will not be considered as a valid receipt. GoldBet only recognizes bets that appear as confirmed on the bet list of the betting account. Bets which do not directly appear on GodBet’s files or records are not valid. If you are unsure about the validity of a bet please check your Account or contact our Customer Service.
      2. It is up to the Customer to verify that the number of bets placed and the amount staked are coherent with his will before confirming the bet. Once confirmed the bet cannot be changed or cancelled by the Customer. All odds are subject to possible changes. The official odds are those indicated by GoldBet in the bet receipt.
      3. GoldBet has the right to refuse, accept or partially accept the bet amount. Furthermore GoldBet has the right to cancel all accepted bets before the betting event begins without any explanation. In such cases a communication informing the client of the cancellation of the bet will be sent to the client’s registered email address or a private message will be sent to the User's betting account. In case of irregularities impacting upon the outcome of a betting event (e.g. team playing with youth squad because of strike/protest/illness etc.) GoldBet has the right to declare the whole betting event void even after its termination.
      4. It is possible to place single as well as multiple bets. Multiple bets which combine different selections within the same event or within different events are not accepted if the outcome of one affects or is affected by the outcome of the other, unless special odds are offered for the combined eventuality. Where such a bet is accidentally accepted, because of human or technical error, GoldBet reserves the right to void part of or the whole of the bet.
      5. GoldBet has the right to limit the maximum potential winning by bet, or by combination within a bet. If a Customer exceeds these limits, he/she will be warned about it prior to the bet confirmation by an on-screen warning within the bet slip. If the Customer confirms it anyway, he/she will lose the right to collect the winnings which are over and above the set limit. The valid potential winnings are those displayed in the actual bet within the Customer’s bet list.
      6. All the information, dates and timings published by GoldBet are purely indicative. If the time or date of a betting event is brought forward, all bets placed before the beginning of the event and confirmed by GoldBet shall be considered valid, whereas bets placed after will be considered void. In case of multiple bets only the selection involved will be voided. In such circumstances the multiple bet remains valid even if the minimum number of betting events required was not respected.
      7. Unless otherwise stated in the Sport Betting Rules for certain sports/bet typologies, whenever an event is officially postponed, all the related bets will remain valid if the event takes place and is completed within midnight (CET) of the day following the date originally set for the match. If it does not take place or is not completed within the mentioned time frame, all the bet typologies related to that event will be deemed void within 24 hours.
      8. Unless otherwise stated in the Sport Betting Rules for certain sports/bet typologies, whenever an event is officially interrupted according to the time written in the coupon, all the related bets will remain valid if the event is completed within midnight (CET) of the day following the date originally set for the match. If it is not completed within the mentioned time frame, all the bet typologies related to that event will be considered void. Where the interruption takes place during extra time and, according to the Sport Betting Rules, extra time does not affect the outcome of the bet, all the bets related to regular time will stand.
      9. Unless otherwise stated in the Sport Betting Rules for certain sports/bet typologies, if an event does not take place in the expected venue, or if one of the teams (for team sports) or one of the participants (for individual sports) does not coincide with those originally scheduled for the match GoldBet reserves the right to void all the related bet typologies.
      10. The team/player displayed on the left side is considered to be the home team/player and the one displayed to the right is considered to be playing away. If a match takes place in a neutral venue, the “n” mark or the name of the venue may be displayed and the displaying order of the teams/players will be irrelevant. If a home team, for whatsoever reason chooses to play on some venue other than their official one, it will be still considered as the home team and no “n” sign will be necessary.
      11. Unless otherwise stated in the Sport Betting Rules for certain sports/bet typologies, the outcome of a bet is based on the result achieved on the game field. Following decisions taken by disciplinary, sports or legal bodies and affecting or amending the result achieved on the game field will not be taken into consideration.
      12. In the event of equal position/result of two or more competitors, the winnings will be computed dividing the original odds accepted by the number of competitors that share the same result. If, for example, two competitors whose price is 2.80 and 1.90 share the same result (they are both declared winners) the resulting prices will be: 1.4 (2.80/2) and 0.95 (1.90/2)
      13. All Void events will be validated by 12:00 a.m. (CET) on the day following the validation of the result.
    1. LIVEBETTING
      1. All the provisions established for Pre-Game Betting, where possible and unless otherwise stated, apply also to Livebetting. Furthermore a dedicated section of the Sport Betting Rules regulates the existing Live Betting typologies.
      2. For security reasons there is a 10 seconds buffer time between the confirmation of the bet by the Customer and the confirmation by GoldBet. If during this time frame, the selected odds are amended for whatsoever reason the bet will be automatically refused. Once the buffer time elapses the bet may be submitted to the approval of our staff. If a significant event, as may be scoring a goal, occurs while the bet is under examination by our staff, the bet will be refused, independently from its outcome.
      3. It is up to the Customer to verify that the number of bets placed and the amount staked are coherent with his will before confirming the bet. Once confirmed the bet cannot be changed or cancelled by the Customer.
      4. The Customer declares not to know the outcome of the event when placing a bet. Where should exist any reason for believing that the Customer was already aware of the result of the event while placing a bet, GoldBet reserves the right to cancel the bet.
      5. GoldBet reserves the right to deny access or to terminate access to the Live Betting section of our website, as well as to modify, suspend or discontinue the Live Betting at its sole discretion and without informing the Customer. All content scheduled on Live Betting is subject to change and GoldBet may vary, suspend, replace or withdraw the planned events without notice to the Customer.
      6. All the data about the match (current result, timing, etc) published in the Live Betting section of our website are purely indicative and may not be used as a reliable source of information for placing bets. GoldBet will not accept any liability for any loss that is caused by such information being reported incorrectly or being not up-to-date.
    1. PALPABLE ERRORS
      1. Some circumstances may arise where a bet is confirmed, or a payment is performed, by us in error. The following is a non-exhaustive list of such circumstances:
        • Whenever the prices/spreads/terms offered by GoldBet are significantly dissimilar from those available in the general market,
        • Whenever the prices/spreads/terms offered at the time the bet is placed are clearly wrong given the probability of the forecast occurring,
        • Whenever a bet has been erroneously accepted on a market which should have been suspended or removed,
        • Where a bet containing incompatible events is accidentally accepted, because of human or technical error,
        • Whenever a settlement error is made while computing or crediting the amount of winnings,
        • Any other situation that may be referred to as an error.
        In all these cases GoldBet reserves the right to cancel all the bets accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake made re-settling all the bets at the correct prices/spreads/terms that should have been available at the time that the bet was placed in the absence of the error.
      2. The Customer has an obligation to inform GoldBet as soon as possible of any amount wrongly credited on his/her account. GoldBet may at any time set off any positive balance resulting from the erroneous operation, as well as cancel possible bets or transactions made with the erroneously credited funds.
      3. Neither we (including our employees or agents) nor our partners or suppliers are liable for any loss resulting from any error made. Bets placed in order to cover flawed bets will stand valid if not impaired by errors.
      4. In the event of any dispute the Customer agrees that the records of our server shall act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim.
    1. BONUSES
      1. We may in any moment offer you complimentary bonuses to be credited directly into your Account. Credited bonuses may only be used in relation to such services as may be specified when the bonus is offered to you. Acceptance of any Bonus results in implicit acceptance of additional terms and conditions we may make available to you in respect of each such bonuses, promotions and special offerings. GoldBet reserves the right to withdraw in any moment any credited bonuses when a material infringement of the Terms of Use has been ascertained.
      2. GoldBet reserves the right to deny admission or to terminate admission to any of the bonuses, promotions and/or special offerings, as well as to modify, suspend or discontinue their validity at its sole discretion and without informing the Customer.
    1. COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS
      1. If you wish to make a complaint or a suggestion regarding the Company, the Website or the services offered, as a first step you should contact our Customer Services.
      2. All the claims and suggestions should be forwarded to the Customer Service in written form via internal message, fax, mail or e-mail. No complaints with regard to the acceptance, settlement or resettlement of a bet will be considered more than 30 days after the date the bet has been accepted, settled or re-settled.
      3. Offensive or rude language, as well as malicious or damaging comments, will not be tolerated while contacting our staff or while discussing our products and services in any media, social network or forum. Any infringement of this policy will result in a suspension of the Account or in every additional action as may be required in order to ensure compliance.
    1. WAIVER
      1. A failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, or partial exercising of any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or a waiver of other rights or remedies. No waiver by us of any of these Terms of Use shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated in written form.
    1. SEVERABILITY
      1. In the event that any article or any part of any article in the Terms of Use is deemed by any competent authority, to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, all other provisions contained in this agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by such finding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
      2. In such instances, the part declared invalid or unenforceable shall be amended in a manner consistent with the applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, GoldBet’s original intent.
    1. RESPONSIBLE GAMING
      1. We believe in Responsible Gaming. Gambling should be an exciting pastime, and we urge our Customers to have fun, but not bet beyond their means. GoldBet is committed to endorsing responsible wagering among its Customers as well as promoting the awareness of problem gambling and improving prevention, intervention and treatment.
      2. At any time the Customer may request to our Customer Service temporary or permanent self exclusion from part or all of our services. We will use all our reasonable endeavours to ensure compliance with self exclusion; however you accept that we are not liable if you manage to by-pass our security measures in circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control.
      3. The Customer may as well request to our Customer Service to activate deposit limits on his/her account, or to modify the existing ones. It is possible to request daily, weekly and/or monthly deposit limits. We will use all our reasonable endeavours to ensure the effective enforcement of the deposit limits; however you accept that we are not liable if you manage to by-pass our security measures in circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control.
    1. APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
      1. The betting contract, as well as any other legal relationship between the Customer and the Company, for every circumstance not regulated by the Terms of Use, is subject to Austrian laws.
      2. The Austrian Court of law shall be agreed as the place of jurisdiction in the event of any dispute arising between the Customer and the Company.

    1. The following terms shall have the following meanings when used within our Commercial and Betting Terms and Conditions, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
      • References in the Terms of Use to "us", "our" or "we" are references to GoldBet Sportwetten GmbH,
      • "Account" means an account opened by the Customer with GoldBet in order to use the services that we provide,
      • The terms "Customer" and "User" include respectively any subject who holds or held an Account with GoldBet, and any subject who visits/visited our Website,
      • "Terms of Use" refers to all the rules and agreements mentioned in the article 1.1, including the Commercial and Betting Terms and Conditions listed in this page,
      • "Website" refers to the domain GoldBet.com and to all the pages existing under this domain name.

All references to ‘personal data’ in this Privacy Policy refer to any personal information about a natural person which enables that individual to be identified directly or indirectly by reference to the data provided. Specifically, We collect the following information when you open an Account with us: first name; surname; gender; date of birth; place of residence; postal address; email address; phone number; language, currency, passport or ID card number. You will also be required to provide login details of your choice, namely a username, password which will be kept by us. The outcome of a bet on a football (soccer) event is based on the scheduled minutes of play plus injury time. Unless otherwise stated for specific bet typologies overtimes and penalty shoot outs will not affect the outcome of the bet. Article 2
Whenever a football match is officially postponed or suspended according to the time written in the coupon, all the related bets will remain valid if the event takes place and is completed within midnight (CET) of the day following the date originally set for the match. If it does not take place or is not completed within the mentioned time frame, all the bet typologies related to that event will be considered void. Article 3
In case of interruptions during the second half time of a match, all bets related to the first half time will stand valid. On the contrary bets related to the whole match or exclusively to the second half time will be voided and refunded. Article 4
A team is considered to have scored the goal even if it was actually scored by an opponent’s player (an own goal) or if it was the result of a penalty kick occurred during regular or injury times. Article 5
If the match takes place in a neutral venue, the first mentioned team will be considered the home team and the second mentioned team will be considered the away team. Article 6

  • 1X2. You have to predict the outcome of the entire match. There are 3 possible outcomes: 1 (the home team wins), X (the teams draw), 2 (the away team wins).

  • Double Chance (DC). You have to predict the outcome of the entire match. There are 3 possible outcomes: 1X (at the end of the match the home team wins or draws), X2 (at the end of the match the away team wins or draws), 12 (at the end of the match the home team wins or the away team wins).
  • 1st HT Double Chance. You have to predict the outcome of the first half time of the match.   • Goal Goal / No Goal (GG/NG). There are two possible outcomes: GG (both teams score at least one goal each during the whole match), NG (one or both the teams do not score any goal during the whole match).

  • 1st HT Total Goals. You have to predict the number of goals that will be scored during the first half time of the match choosing among the alternatives offered.
  • 2nd HT Total Goals. You have to predict the number of goals that will be scored during the second half time of the match choosing among the alternatives offered.
  • Total Goals Home. You have to predict the number of goals that will be scored by the home team during the whole match choosing among the alternatives offered.

  • Home Win to Zero. You have to predict whether or not the home team will win conceding any goal to his opponent. There are two possible outcomes: Yes (the home team wins without conceding any goal) and No (the home team loses, draws and/or concedes at least one goal to its opponent).
  • Away Win to Zero. You have to predict whether or not the away team will win conceding any goal to his opponent. There are two possible outcomes: Yes (the away team wins without conceding any goal) and No (the away team loses, draws and/or concedes at least one goal to its opponent).
  • Winning Margin Home. You have to predict the margin of victory of the home team choosing among the alternatives offered. The margin of victory is computed subtracting to the amount of goals scored by the home team the amount of goals scored by the away team.
  • Winning Margin Away. You have to predict the margin of victory of the away team choosing among the alternatives offered. The margin of victory is computed subtracting to the amount of goals scored by the away team the amount of goals scored by the home team.

  • Penalty Yes/No. You have to predict if at least one penalty will be assigned during the match. The outcome of this bet typology is based on the scheduled minutes of play plus injury time. Overtimes and penalty shoot outs will not affect the outcome of the bet.

  • Correct Score Corner. You have to predict the correct score of corner kicks performed during the match. Only corners performed during Regular Time will be considered valid. Any corners performed during Extra Time will not be considered valid.

  • Goal/NoGoal (a 2 Goals)
    If one of the teams scores at least two goals, the eventual outcome is GOAL
    If one of the two teams does not score at least two goals, the outcome is NOGOAL

  • Kick Off
    One must predict which team will kick off at the beginning of the match

  • Half with First Goal
    If the first goal is scored in the First Half, the outcome will be 1
    If the first goal is scored in the Second Half, the outcome will be 2
    If no goal will be scored (0-0), the outcome will be X

  • Last team to score
    If the last goal of the game is scored by the home team, the outcome is 1

Bet typologies – Over/Under

  • Over/Under (spread). You have to predict if the total number of goals scored during the entire match will be over or under the spread indicated.
    Depending on the spread proposed it is possible to make a distinction between “Classic Over/Under” (0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 and 4.5), “Integer Over/Under” (1, 2, 3 and 4) and “Fractional Over/Under” (0.25, 0.75, 1.25, 1.75, 2.25, 2.75, 3.25, 3.75, 4.25 and 4.75).
    Classic Over/Under” (0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 and 4.5). If the amount of goals scored is lower than the spread the winning selection is “Under”. If the amount of goals scored is higher than the spread the winning selection is “Over”.
    Integer Over/Under” (1, 2, 3 and 4). If the amount of goals scored is lower than the spread the winning selection is “Under”. If the amount of goals scored is higher than the spread the winning selection is “Over”. If the amount of goals scored coincides with the spread the stake is refunded.
    Fractional Over/Under” (0.25, 0.75, 1.25, 1.75, 2.25, 2.75, 3.25, 3.75, 4.25 and 4.75). The spread is split in two spreads, the first obtained adding 0.25 and the second obtained taking away 0.25. Consequently there are two forecasts, each with a stake of half the total amount wagered.
    Example:
    Milan – Fiorentina; Over 0,75; Odd: 1.3; Stake: 100 €
    The two forecasts are:
    1st: “Over 0.75” – 0.25 = “Over 0.50” with 50 € bet on it.
    2nd: “Over 0.75” + 0.25 = “Over 1” with 50 € bet on it.
    If no goals are scored both forecasts are wrong and the bet is lost.
    If one goal is scored the forecast “Over 0.5” is correct and paid according to the related odd [50*1.3], while the forecast “Over 1” is refunded because the spread coincides with the amount of goals.
    If 2 or more goals are scored both the forecast are correct and paid according to the related odd [(50*1.3) + (50*1.3)].
  • 1st HT Over/Under (spread). The functioning is the same of the Over/Under, but only goals scored during the first half time of the match are considered.
  • 2nd HT Over/Under (spread). The functioning is the same of the Over/Under, but only goals scored during the second half time of the match are considered.
  • Over/Under Home (spread). The functioning is the same of the Over/Under, but only goals scored by the home team are considered.
  • Over/Under Away (spread). The functioning is the same of the Over/Under, but only goals scored by the away team are considered

  • Score 1X2 & Total Goal O/U
    Bet with six outcomes (1&O, 1&U, X&O, X&U, 2&O, 2&U) proposed in four different modules independent of each other:

    1X2 & O/U 3.5
    1X2 & O/U 4.5
    One must predict contemporaneously the result 1X2 and the O/U according to the selected spread.
    In the case of choosing the bet 1X2 & O/U 3.5:
    The outcome 1&O wins and the result is 1 with  Over 3.5 (es. 3-1)
    The outcome 1&U wins and the result is 1 with Under 3.5 (es. 2-0)
    The outcome X&O wins and the result is X with Over 3.5 (es.2-2)
    The outcome X&O wins and the result is X with Under 3.5 (es.1-1)
    The outcome 2&O wins and the result is 2  with Over 3.5 (es.2-4)
    The outcome 2&O wins and the result is 2  with Under 3.5 (es.0-1)

  • Over/Under Home (spread) HT
    The function of this type of bet is the same as Over/Under but only the goals scored by the home team during the first half will be considered.

  • Over/Under Home (spread) 2T
    The function of this type of bet is the same as Over/Under but only the goals scored by the home team during the second half will be considered.

  • Over/Under Away (spread) HT
    The function of this type of bet is the same as Over/Under but only the goals scored by the away team during the first half will be considered.

Bet Typologies – 1X2 Handicap

  • 1X2 Handicap (spread). You have to predict the outcome of the entire match considering the handicap (spread) specified in the selection.  The handicap can be assigned to the home team or to the away team.
    When the handicap is assigned to the Home team there are the following three possible outcomes:
    1 H (-spread): Subtracting the spread to the score of the home team the latter wins the match. E.g. the bet 1 H (-1) on the event Arsenal – Liverpool will be winning if the match ends 2-0, 3-1, 3-0, 4-2 etc.
    X H (+spread): Adding the spread to the score of the away team the match ends in a draw. E.g. the bet X H (+1) on the event Arsenal – Liverpool will be winning if the match ends 1-0, 2-1, 3-2, 4-3 etc.
    2 H (+spread): Adding the spread to the score of the away team the latter wins the match. E.g. the bet 2 H (+1) on the event Arsenal – Liverpool will be winning if the match ends 0-1, 1-1, 1-2, 2-2, 2-3 etc.
    When the handicap is assigned to the Away team there are the following three possible outcomes:
    1 H (+spread): Adding the spread to the score of the home team the latter wins the match. E.g. the bet 1 H (+1) on the event Arsenal – Liverpool will be winning if the match ends 1-0, 1-1, 2-1, 2-2, 3-2 etc.

    1st: “-1.25” – 0.25 = “1 AH (-1.5)” with 50 € bet on it.
    2nd: “-1.25” + 0.25 = “1 AH (-1)” with 50 € bet on it.
    - If Spain wins with a margin of two goals (2-0, 3-1, 4-2, etc.) => the bet is won.
    - If Spain wins with a margin of one goal (1-0, 2-1, 3-2, etc.) => Half of the stake is lost, because considering the spread -1.5 the bet is lost, while considering the spread -1 the match ends in a draw and therefore the other half of the stake is refunded.
    - If the match ends in a draw or Spain loses => the bet is lost.

The outcome of this bet typology is based on regular times, overtimes and penalty shootouts.
  • Which Team to Kick Off. You have to predict which team will be awarded the kick off of the match.
  • 1st Corner. You have to predict which team will be awarded the first corner of the match. Three possible outcomes: 1 (the home team is awarded the first corner of the match), X (no corners are awarded during the match) and 2 (the away team is awarded the first corner of the match).
  • 1st HT 1st Corner. You have to predict which team will be awarded the first corner of the first half time of the match. If the selected player does not score any goals during the match, the bet is lost, even if he was replaced by another player before the first goal has been scored.
  • Anytime Scorer. You predict that the selected player will score at least one goal during the match. If the player you have selected does not take part to the match the bet is void. If the player takes part in the game, and does not score any goal the bet is lost independently from the final result of the match.
  • 2 or More. You predict that the selected player will score at least two goals during the match. If the player you have selected does not take part to the match the bet is void. If the player takes part in the game, and does not score at least two goals the bet is lost independently from the final result of the match.
  • Last Scorer. You predict that the selected player will score the last goal of the match. If the player you have selected is not included in the team the bet is void. If the selected player does not score any goals during the match, the bet is lost, even if he was replaced by another player before the last goal has been scored.
  • Goalscorer Yes/No. There are two possible outcomes:
    -Score Yes: You have to predict that the selected player will score at least one goal during the match.
    -Score No: You have to predict that the selected player won't score any goal during the match.
    In both cases this bet typology is valid if the player you have selected is first string.
    If the player you have selected is not included in the team or enters the match after the kick-start the bet is void.

  • Time of First Goal. You have to predict in which minute will be scored the first goal of the match. A goal scored at the minute 10 and one second belongs to the 11th minute. A goal scored at the minute 20 and one second belongs to the 21st and so on.
  • Total Corners (spread).You have to predict if the total number of corner kicks performed during the entire match will be over, under or exactly the same as the spread indicated. For example, the bet Corners <10 on the match Arsenal – Liverpool will be winning if the amount of corners performed will not exceed 9.
  • Over/Under Corners (spread) 2 ways. You have to predict if the total number of corners performed during the entire match will be over or under the spread indicated. Depending on the spread proposed it is possible to make a distinction between "Classic Over/Under" (10.5, 11.5, 12.5, etc.) and "Integer Over/Under" (7, 8, 9, etc.).
    Classic Over/Under. If the amount of corners performed is lower than the spread the winning selection is "Under". If the amount of corners performed is higher than the spread the winning selection is "Over".
    Integer Over/Under. If the amount of corners performed is lower than the spread the winning selection is “Under”. If the amount of corners performed is higher than the spread the winning selection is “Over”. If the amount of corners performed coincides with the spread the stake is refunded.

  • Over/Under Corners (spread) 3 ways. You have to predict if the total number of corners performed during the entire match will be over, under or equal ("=") to the spread indicated.
    If the amount of corners performed is lower than the spread the winning selection is "Under". If the amount of corners performed is higher than the spread the winning selection is "Over". If the amount of corners performed is equal to the spread the winning selection is "=".
  • 1X2 Handicap Corners (spread). You have to predict the outcome of the entire match in terms of corner kicks, considering the handicap (spread) specified in the selection. The handicap can be assigned to the home team or to the away team.
    When the handicap is assigned to the Home team there are the following three possible outcomes:
    1 H Corners (-spread). Subtracting the spread to the corners of the home team the latter will perform more corners than the away team. E.g. the bet 1 H Corners (-1) on the event Arsenal – Liverpool will be winning if Arsenal performs at least 2 corners more than Liverpool.
    X H Corners (+spread). Adding the spread to the corners of the away team the two teams perform the same amount of corners. E.g. the bet X H Corners (+1) on the event Arsenal – Liverpool will be winning if Arsenal performs exactly one corner more than Liverpool.

    Classic HTH Corners. If the amount of corners performed plus the spread is positive, the winning selection is "1". If the amount of corners performed plus the spread is negative, the winning selection is "2".

    the bet 1 HH Corners (-2,5) on the event Arsenal – Liverpool will be winning if Arsenal performs at least 3 corners more than Liverpool.

Bet Typologies related to several matches

  • More Points Next Three Matches. You have to predict the total points earned by the team during the following 3 matches of its National League choosing among the ranges offered. If one of the three matches involved is deemed void also the related odds will be void. Unless otherwise stated in the bet details, possible rematches or other events not belonging to the National League are not included in the computation of the points earned.
  • Gran Salami Total Goals. You have to predict whether the total number of goals realized in the matches of a certain championship round will be lower or greater than the spread offered by GoldBet. The amount of events involved in the bet and the relative date will be specified in the bet details. The bet will be closed at the expiry of the first event involved and could be reopened afterwards with new odds and spreads computed according to the new results collected. In this case in the details of the ticket will not be included the amount of goals scored hitherto, but the outcome of the bet will still be referred to the total amount of goals scored in the specified championship round, independently from the subtotal of goals scored until the ticket issuing.
    If one or more events do not take place, and therefore the amount of events specified in the ticket details does not coincide with the effective number of matches played, the bet will be considered VOID, and the related Odd will be equal to 1.
    Example:
    Italian Championship Serie A
    Before the expiry date of the first match (usually on Saturday at 6 pm), we bet on the outcome OVER 26.5.
    On Saturday a total of 9 goals are scored.
    On Sunday morning this bet typology is reopened by GoldBet with a new spread equal to 30.5.
    We place a new bet on the outcome UNDER 30.5.
    On Sunday, 21 additional goals are scored and therefore at the end of the Championship round there is a total amount of 30 goals realized (9 on Saturday + 21 on Sunday).
    Both the bets (OVER 26.5 and UNDER 30.5) are winning.
  • HH Goal Championships. You have to predict which of the two soccer tournaments (championships, cups, etc.) indicated will have the major number of goals scored during the current round. For every event deemed void two goals will be computed. If at least 3 matches in the same league are deemed void, this bet typology will be void as well.
  • Over/Under Home Team Wins (spread). You have to predict whether the total number of home team victories in the current round of a specified championship/cup will be over or under the spread indicated. If one or more related matches are deemed void, this bet typology will be void as well.
  • Over/Under Away Team Wins (spread). You have to predict whether the total number of away team victories in the current round of a specified championship/cup will be over or under the spread indicated. If one or more related matches are deemed void, this bet typology will be void as well.

You have to predict if on the stated date and championship the sum of the goals scored by the home teams will be lower or greater than the sum of the goals scored by the away teams. There are three possible outcomes: 1 (the sum of the goals scored by the home teams is greater than the sum of the goals scored by the away teams), X (the sum of the goals scored by the home teams coincides with the sum of the goals scored by the away teams) and 2 (the sum of the goals scored by the away teams is greater than the sum of the goals scored by the home teams).
  • First and Last Team to Score Today. You have to predict which team among those proposed by GoldBet will be the first to score the first goal of the match, or the last to score the last goal of the match, independently from when the match is played. If no goals are scored in the given date the winning selection will be "No Goals". The exact minute of the goal will be obtained from the following websites:

    If the sum of goals achieved by the first group of players (added to the proposed spread) is more than the sum of goals achieved by the second group the winning selection is 1H;
    if the sum of goals achieved by the first group of players (added to the proposed spread) is less than the sum of goals achieved by the second group the winning selection is 2H;
    In the case of a bet with three signs (1X2), in the case of a draw between two teams the winning sign will be an x

    Fantasy match: “Manchester&Bolton vs. Arsenal&Liverpool”.
    If the sum of points earned by Manchester and Bolton is greater than the sum of points earned by Arsenal and Liverpool the winning selection is 1; if it is lower the winning selection is 2; if the two pairs get the same amount of points the winning selection is X.
  • More Goals 1X2. You have to predict which of the two teams indicated in the bet will score more goals against its real opponent on the current round.

  • Head to Head (HH) 1st Set. You have to predict the winner of the 1st Set. There are 2 possible outcomes: 1 HH (the first player wins the 1st Set), 2 HH (the second player wins the 1st Set). If a player retires before the completion of the first set this bet typology will be considered void, otherwise it will stand valid. The winner of the 1st Set will be indicated in the bet settlement by the first number in brackets.
     
  • Set Betting. You have to predict the correct score of the match in terms of sets won by each player. If one player retires during the match this bet typology will be considered void.
     
  • Over/Under Games (spread). You have to predict if the total number of games played in the match will be over or under the spread indicated. A tiebreak is regarded as a game. The amount of games played will be indicated in the bet settlement by the second number in brackets. If the match is not completed, the bet will be considered void.
     
  • Handicap Games (spread). You have to predict the winner of the match adding or subtracting the indicated spread to the result of the match.
    Example:

    If you bet on 1H (-4.5) the bet will be winning if the first player wins with a margin of victory of at least 5 games.

  • Hth Hand Set. You have to predict the result in terms of sets won by each player adding or subtracting to the final result the spread specified in the bet.

  • Number of Sets Played. You should predict the total number of sets played by the two players.
      
  • Pl1 W 1Set - L Match. You have to predict if the first player will win the first set but lose the match.

You have to predict which of the two players indicated will achieve the best positioning at the end of the tournament. If the two players achieve the same positioning in the tournament, the set difference will be considered in order to determine the winner. If the set difference of the two players is the same, the bet will be voided.
     
  • Head to Head (HH) most Aces. You have to predict which of the two players indicated will score more aces during the tournament. If the two players score the same number of aces the bet will be void. Aces performed during qualifications will not be considered for the purposes of the bet. The exact amount of aces scored by each player will be retrieved from the official website of the tournament.
     
  • Atp Vs Wta race in the tournament. You have to predict which among the two players indicated in the bet will reach the farthest stage of his/her respective tournament. There are three possible outcomes: 1 (the first player reaches a farther stage on his/her tournament), X (the two players reach the same stage on their respective tournaments), 2 (the second player reaches a farther stage on his/her tournament). If both players win their tournaments the winning outcome is X. If both players reach the final of their tournament, but only one of them wins the tournament, the latter will be considered the winner for this bet typology.

  • Specials Head to Head. You have to predict one of the events listed below:
    - which of the two players indicated will score more aces during the match (in case of draw the bet will be considered void).
    - which of the two players indicated will make the first break.
    - if there will be any tie break during the match.

    If you bet on 2-H5 your bet will be winning if the away team wins with a margin of victory of at least 6 points.
  • Odd/Even. You have to predict if the number points scored during the match is going to be odd or even.
  • HH Scorer. You have to predict which of the two players specified in the bet will score more points. Even if only one of the competitors plays for less than one minute, the bet will be deemed void.

Antepost Bets

  • Winner. You have to predict the winner of the given tournament according to the official ranking of the competition.
  • Best Scorer. You have to predict the player that will score more points during the given tournament. Points scored in other competitions are not taken into consideration in this bet typology. If the chosen player plays at least once during the season, this bet typology will stand valid, otherwise it will be void.
  • HH Scorer. You have to predict which of the two players will score more points during the given tournament. Points scored in other competitions are not taken into consideration in this bet typology. If the two players score the same number of points this bet typology will be void.
  • HH Team. You have to predict which of the two teams indicated will achieve the best positioning at the end of the given tournament according to the official ranking of the competition. If the two teams complete the competition with the same amount of points the amount of won matches will be considered in order to determine the winner. If the amount of victories coincide as well, the winner will be the team with the best basket difference.

  • Best player of the Tournament (MVP). You have to predict which player will be elected BEST PLAYER (MVP) of the event. For the purpose of reporting will be considered valid only official sites of each competition. If a player does not get on the score-sheet in any of the matches included in the market, bets on that player will be declared void.

  • Correct score Playoff Series. You have to predict the final result of the series of matches between the 2 teams indicated. For the purpose of reporting will be considered valid only official sites of each competition. If the series won't be completed this bet typology will be void.

Fantasy Bets

  • Fantasy Bets are related to duels between two teams or players who are not playing against each other in the real match, but against different opponents in two different matches with the outcome of both being combined together to produce the result of the fantasy bet.
  • Unless otherwise stated for specific bet typologies; when a fantasy bet refers to a fictional duel between teams and at least one of the matches involved is deemed void, also the resulting fantasy bet will be void.

A driver participating in the warm-up lap is considered to have participated in the race.

If it is not resumed or if it is not completed within the mentioned time frame, all the bet typologies related to that event will be considered void.

Article 3
If one of the participants indicated in the bet does not take part in the competition, all the bets related to its performance will be voided.

 

Article 4
If one of the participants retires before the beginning of the race or the first stage of a "tour" and his odd for winning the race is equal or fewer than 5, GoldBet reserves the right to void all the bet typologies affected by this happening.

Bet Typologies

  • Winner. You have to predict the winner of the competition.
     
  • Group winner. You have to predict which of the cyclists included in the bet will reach the best positioning within the group suggested.
    If one or more cyclists of the group retire before the beginning of the race, all the bets will be voided.
     
  • 1st and 2nd. You have to predict which two cyclists will conclude the event in first and second position in the correct order.
     
  • Podium. You predict that the selected cyclist will reach the podium (first, second or third position).
     
  • First 6. You predict that the selected cyclist will complete the race within the first six positions.
     
  • Head to Head (HH). You have to predict which of the two cyclists specified in the bet will achieve the best position in the overall event. Whenever in a stage one of the two cyclists is disqualified during an advanced stage of the competition that his opponent has not even reached, the disqualified participant will be considered the winner.
    If one out of two riders retires or is disqualified during one of the race stages, the rider who remains in the race will be considered as the winner.
    If both competitors do not reach the following stage the bet will be void. If both competitors reach the following phase but they do not complete the competition, the winner will be the one that obtained the best timing during the previous stage.

  • Winner Team. You have to predict the team of the winner (race or stage). Any withdrawal won't be considered.

The outcome of a bet on a waterpolo event is based on the result of the match after the scheduled regular time. Unless otherwise stated for specific bet typologies overtimes and penalty shoot outs will not affect the outcome of the bet.

Whenever a waterpolo match is officially postponed or suspended, all the related bets will remain valid if the event takes place and is completed within midnight (CET) of the day following the date originally set for the match.   • Heads-Up with Handicap (spread). You have to predict the winner of the entire match adding or subtracting the indicated spread to the result of the match.
    Example:
    If you bet on 1H (-5.5) the bet will be winning if the home team wins with a margin of victory of at least 6 points.

Article 1
Unless otherwise stated in the bet details, bets on transfer markets apply to the available transfer window when the bet is placed. The winning selection will be the team in which the player plays the first official match after the transfer deadline day.  According to this rule, in case of of co-ownership or loan, the winning selection will be only the team for which the player will play the first official match, independently from the effective contractual owner.

Article 2
All the bets on transfer markets will be settled and paid only after the conclusion of the first official match subsequent to the closure of the transfer window. Under no circumstances these bets will be settled and paid before the mentioned deadline.

Article 3
If a player gets banned, disqualified or injured and therefore is not able to take part to the first match the transfer deadline day, possible following transfers will not be relevant for betting purposes. In any such case the winning selection will be the first club to which the player has been transferred, even if he has never effectively played for it.

Article 4
If a player is transferred to a team which was not included among the betting options offered by GoldBet the winning selection will be “other”. If the option “other” was not included among the possible destinations, or if the player is not transferred, the bet will be lost.

Article 5
GoldBet reserves the right to void in any moment possible bets placed on the basis of significant and grounded rumours about the future of the player.

Antepost bets are based on the outcome of entire tournaments (e.g. championships, cups, etc) or of a given phase (e.g. rounds, qualifications, etc).

Article 2
All antepost bets will be settled and paid only after the official conclusion of the related tournament / phase. Under no circumstances these bets will be settled and paid before the mentioned deadline.

Article 3
Possible decisions taken by disciplinary, sports or legal bodies before or during the competition affecting or amending the outcome of antepost bets will be taken into consideration (for example, any penalties or disqualification). If such decisions are taken after the official proclamation of the winner they will not be considered.

Article 4
Bet Typologies

  • Winner. You have to predict the winner of the given tournament.
  • Winner with Handicap (spread). You have to predict the winner of the given tournament adding the spread indicated in the bet to the total amount of points effectively collected by the selected team. If one or both listed players change the team they are playing for, bets will stand if the new team belongs to the same league as the previous one, otherwise bets will be void.   • Best Goalscorer Season. You have to predict the player that will score more goals during the given tournament. Goals scored in other competitions are not taken into consideration in this bet typology. If the chosen player plays at least once during the season, this bet typology will stand valid, otherwise it will be void. If the chosen player changes team/league during the season, this bet typology will stand valid. If the player who scores more goals was not included among the betting options offered by GoldBet the winning selection will be “other”. If the option “other” was not included among the possible selections the bet will be lost.
  • Best Team Goalscorer. You have to predict the player that will score more goals in his team during the given tournament. This bet typology will be settled and paid only after the official conclusion of playoffs. General Rules for the Olympic Games London 2012
For our bets purposes, the participants who will be prize winners at the prize-winning ceremony with the gold, silver and bronze medal will be respectively considered as 1º, 2º and 3º classified.
Possible disqualifications which will take place after the prize-winning ceremony will be not considered.
In case of suspension of the event, the bets will remain valid till the event will not be considered ended – or cancelled.
In case of cancellation of the event, the bets will be paid only if the organizer will publish a list of the official arrival order (in case of the Olympic Games: prize-winning and medals assignment).

Markets Rules:
Outrights
In the Outrights (Winner, Placed and Winner “Without”) – it will be always considered the official arrival order. Possible disqualifications which will take place after the publishing of the official results will not be considered. In any case of draw, it will be applied the dead heat rule (ex-aequo).

It concerns the forecast of the participant who will gain the best position in the ranking. In case of draw among the gold medals, the winner will be who gained more silver medals. In case of further draw, the winner will be who gained more bronze medals.

It concerns the forecast of the participant who will gain the higher or lower number of (gold) medals compared with the indicated total.

Bets in real time (current and next) - Bets are valid if the specified match is ended or if the result of a particular bet is already given.
Bets “match to” in real time - Bets “match to” are assigned in correspondence of the first player who reaches the given number of points in the related match. If no one of the players reaches the requested number of points (for withdrawing), the related bets will be void. If the match will not be played, all the “match to” bets will be void.
Bets on points in real time – This kind of bets are offered for a player who gains a specific point. In case the point is not played, for the match fault or for its ending, all related bets will be void.
Bets on total points - are based on the number of the pre-determined played matches. In case the pre-determined number of matches should change or should be different from the one offered for bets purposes, all related bets will be void.
Bets with handicap in real time – Bets with Handicap (on the matches) are based on the number of the pre-determined played matches. In case the pre-determined number of matches should change or should be different from the one offered for bets purposes, all related bets will be void.

Bets are valid if the participants go beyond the starting line, otherwise all the bets will be voided and refunded. For our bets purposes, only podium rankings will be considered. Possible disqualifications which will take place later will be not considered.
